《地质资料管理条例》的颁布是国家对地质资料管理所作的一项重大改革,也是国家为新时期地质资料管理所立的一部重要法律。依法管理并认真贯彻执行《地质资料管理条例》,是历史赋予地勘单位的法定职责。
