软硬互层顶板大直径定向钻孔成孔技术研究Study on Drilling Technology of Large Diameter Directional Borehole in Soft-Hard Alternant Roof

摘要(Abstract):
针对目前综放采煤工作面含泥砂岩软硬互层顶板大直径定向钻孔先导孔钻进难点,大直径、长距离钻孔扩孔功效及扩孔成孔难题。提出基于泥浆脉冲随钻测量系统、多动力扩孔用双级双速钻头、煤矿井下护孔膨胀管等机具仪器的含泥砂岩软硬互层顶板大直径高位定向长钻孔技术,实现含泥砂岩软硬互层顶板成孔及扩孔的可靠性,改善工作面采空区瓦斯抽采的稳定性,延长大直径定向钻孔抽采瓦斯的时效性。应用实践说明,顶板大直径定向长钻孔单孔抽采纯量3.2m~3/min,是常规定向钻孔的3倍,有效解决了工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题。
