新时期我国煤炭产业现状及对策研究
Chinese Coal Industry Status Quo in New Period and Countermeasures Study

摘要(Abstract):
我国能源结构"富煤、贫油、少气",煤炭资源的开发利用对保障国家能源安全、经济社会发展等具有重要意义。2019年我国原煤产量38.5亿t,煤炭消费总量28.04亿t,均实现连续三年增长。煤炭消费比重虽有所下降,但依然在57%以上,煤炭将一直是我国的主体能源。本文通过总结煤炭产业发展现状和存在的主要问题,从宏观经济、环保、安全、智能和创新等方面提出了煤炭资源开发利用与国家和区域经济、社会发展统筹部署的思考与建议。
