通过对Windows帮助文件的使用、分析，本文分三大部分介绍了Visual FoxPro6.0应用程序帮助文件制作的意义和基本方法、步骤。通过实例，说明帮助文件的使用以及与应用程序的接口问题，对开发Visual其它语言应用程序帮助文件具有重要的参考价值。
